2. Delivery Options & Timelines

We currently deliver within Kenya.

  • Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: Same-day or next-day delivery (via rider/courier).

  • Other Major Towns: 1–3 business days (via reliable courier services such as G4S, Fargo, or Wells Fargo).

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days, depending on courier coverage.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated directly if special arrangements are required.

  • Free delivery may be offered on select promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or courier reference (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.

5. Pick-up Option

Customers may also arrange for self-pickup in Nairobi. Pickup location details will be shared upon order confirmation.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Let’s Cake 254 will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • All our products are carefully checked and well-packaged before shipping.

  • Once handed over to the courier, Let’s Cake 254 is not liable for damages, delays, or loss caused by courier services.

  • However, if your package arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the courier or resolving the issue where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
